You are valuable!
Hi all,
The rigth up below was from a dear friend of mine at the begining of this year,because you are precious to me i am sharing it with you all.
Dear loved one,
Life may not be fair but God is. When we look back at 2010, there are experiences that may not have been palatable but through it all we came through the year with hope rekindled for a better 2011. As we reflect on the things we came through, life experiences, hard knocks, setbacks in career, business and may be the death of a loved one, we may sometimes conclude that life has treated us unfairly but this morning through it all remember you are valuable. You must be determined not to allow life experiences rob you of your potentials. You are gifted, valuable and talented to fulfill a purpose in your sphere of influence.
There is a treasure in you that we all need. You must endeavor to be your best for the benefit of your world. Don't look down at yourself with disdain and trivialize all that you have. It may look insignificant, irrelevant, and invaluable to you but it is precious to all of us. You must not lose your identity and give in to failure when your environment speaks to you in a hostile manner. You must appreciate the intrinsic value you possess. Recognize that words are a convener of value; they paint pictures and build your self esteem. As we begin this New Year, meditate on those things that are "good, pure, lovely, and virtuous and of good report". Don't allow images of your past failure hunt and limit you. Shake yourself up from the ashes of failures, setbacks and learn to begin again.
You are not at the finished line yet; everyday is a plus to maximize your God given potentials. This year, rise above every limitation in your thoughts, begin to see a new you, get back into your career path, take that professional examination again, give it your best shot in business, consider a relationship again, be the best God designed you to be and rise above people's negative opinions about you. Opinions most of the time are cheap while convictions are rare.
Don't give up on yourself, the dreams, the opportunities that present themselves because of recurring negative circumstances; your best days are just about to begin. "I am confident that He who started a good work in you is able to complete it". The stories of your life are yet to be written. Be encouraged in the New Year.

do so much with so little time!
Hi all,
I hope my last post was helpful?
I would love to hear from you.
Here are some more tips;
Prioritize your list according to importance. The easiest way to do this is to
categorize each item into three major sections:
A) Crucial and Urgent
B) Important but Not As Urgent
C) Neither Important nor Urgent.
The A’s are the most important and therefore should take top priority-- always.
B’s are next in line and C’s are seldom worth spending your time on.
Determine which your most critical task is by listening to your own inner voice.
Seldom will it lead you astray.
Delete any task from your to-do list that simply isn’t important. Ask yourself,
“What’s the worst thing that could happen if I dropped this entirely from the
list?” If you can tolerate the answer painlessly, drop it at once.
Stop and think about what you’re planning to do. How could it be done more
effectively? Take a few minutes to outline, schedule and rationalize your
plans. A simple outline can save you hours of indecision.
Set goals. Write them down and keep them in front of you. Know what you’re
striving for. Record your goals in your day planner and refer to them often.
Set a realistic time-line for the accomplishment of each goal.
Spend 10 minutes at the end of the day preparing for tomorrow. Generate
your to-do list and prioritize it, one day in advance. This will save you
precious time in the morning. You can dive right into your work without having
to make lists and choices. Using this strategy gives you a head start on the
day and ensures that you’re working on the most important task always.

So many things to do so little time!
Hi all,
Does it seem you have so many things to do and so little time?(it does seem like that to me at times).
It’s a new year and a new beginning, the earlier we start to manage our time the more full filling year 2011 will be for us.
I read this and decided to share with you all, i hope it helps; culled from How to Get Far More Accomplished in a lot less time.......by Jeff.
Accept the fact that there simply isn’t enough time to do everything. That’s
why it’s so important to work on the most important things. If you’re always
focused on the important things, both in your business and personal life,
you’ll always be making the greatest contribution by using your time wisely.
Stay focused on what you have to do. Ignore everything else
Stop trying to be a perfectionist. It’s easy to get caught up in the trap of trying
to make something just a little bit better.
Accept your productivity shortcomings as human nature. It does you no good
to beat yourself up. When you’ve been less than productive, you need to stop
and re-focus.
Don’t dwell on past failures—simply accept it as human nature.
Then, get to work.
Prepare a list of all the tasks that need to be done,include everything that comes to mind.Don’t edit your selections or stop to think about building the list until you’ve covered it all.
This are just a few of the tips to help you jump start your year!I will be sharing some more on my next post.
Please do leave your comments,i appreciate them all,thank you for your time.

"Why i am not rich"
I was going through one of my earlier write-ups titled “why you are not rich”(please do read it to have a better understanding of this post) and realized I am guilty of some,, while some I have actually been practicing.
I care what my car looks like;;;; definitely{though all I am in for is a comfortable functional car}
I feel entitlement,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,{after working for some years, yes I do feel I should have some basic things including some luxury once in a while}
I lack diversification,,,,,,,,,,,,{no I don't,,,naturally I get bored with things easily so no way I don’t lack diversification,, I am into so many things }
but am I really doing the things I should do :{no I am not ,,,I am not saving, I am not investing,,,i don’t have an insurance package....and so o o o o n n n n
I started too late,,,,,,,,,,,,,,{yes I did,,,i am already in my late twenties and I have not made my 1st millions}
I don’t do what I enjoy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,{ that has changed....)
I don’t like to learn {I love to learn ,,,,}
I buy things I don’t use [yes sometimes,, though most times I try not to fall into this habit}
I don’t understand value {I am not sure???}
My house is too big {I don’t even have a house?????}
I fail to take advantage of opportunities {yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, but that’s about to change}
Which habits do you have from the above that you think is hindering your journey of becoming rich?
Please do leave your comments and let me know.

It's a brand new year!!!
Happy new year to you all!
Thank you for being a part of my year in 2010.
I am excited about the possibilities and dimension my journey through life this year is opened to.
Towards the end of 210, I became quite restless and unfilled, I had lost hope for year 2011(which I had not even started) simply because being the kind of person I am (highly ambitious, never see impossibilities in anything) I had so many goals I had outlined for some years now and I am yet to achieve them, and I started wondering what my life would be now if I had not made certain decisions in the past.
What would I have achieved by now? What would I be known for now? Would I have achieved all I want in life? I became so discouraged and had determined that for the year 2011 I was not going to write down my goals for the year (which I normally do).I would usually write down what I want to achieve, how I will go about achieving those goals and the date I should have achieved them.
2011 for me was to be a year with no well defined goals.
Then this saying I saw somewhere came back to me, “no one can go back and make a brand new start; anyone can start from now and make a brand new beginning”
This saying propelled me back on track and opened my eyes to the endless possibilities and opportunities available to me.
Are you feeling quite discouraged and does not even know where to start from?
Does everything around you look bleak?
Do you feel you have underachieved?
Do you feel like you failed in some areas and come short of your own expectations (and sometimes others expectations of us).
Remember this saying as we start off a new year;
“No one can go back and make a brand new start; anyone can start from now and make a brand new beginning”
Make wise and right decisions now,
Wishing you all a full filling 2011.
